This first marketing thought = about the question how you're going to optimize your marketing coming year?

The complexity of sailing a boat provides several similarities e.g. everyone on board contributes to the flow of the boat, likewise everyone in the company contributes to the market performance.

Herewith I'd like to ask you 2 questions:

1) Is status quo sufficient to navigate safely and effectively current waters (markets)?

2) Is the current in-house marketing competence able to sail the boat and anticipate weather changes (market dynamics)?

Many companies experience challenges with the above, therefore an invite to consider a day on the water to optimize your marketing using offshore sailing as metaphor.
